Lovely rural location with some amazing walks right on your doorstep. The picturesque 13th Century Church of St Nicolas is just a five minute stroll from the property.
The coastal walks and bike trails of both Tetney Lock and Horseshoe Point are nearby, with Cleethorpes to the North and Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary to the South. Covenham Reservoir is also very close.

The Seaside towns of Cleethorpes, North Somercotes, Saltfleet and Mablethorpe are all just a short drive away, whilst the Georgian market town of Louth - known as the capital of the Wolds - is less than 12 miles from Hill Crest House.

There are pubs in both neighbouring villages serving great food, and also a local shop close by in the village of Marshchapel.  Anglers are well catered for with 2 excellent fishing lakes in the area, one of which is less than a two minute walk! The amazing Lincolnshire Wolds Railway in the neighbouring village of Ludborough is just a ten minute drive away
